At Sam’s Baked & Blessed Bakery, every order is baked fresh and from the heart. We take pride in creating memorable desserts, breads, and specialty treats for your celebrations. To ensure a smooth ordering experience for both you and our kitchen, please review the policies below.

🧁 All Sales Are Final

Because our items are custom-made, fresh, and perishable, all sales are final.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

🕒 If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Your happiness matters to us! If something is not right with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We will gladly review the concern and do our best to make it right.

💳 Deposits & Payment Terms

• Specialty and custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery.
• Orders not paid by the due date may be canceled without refund.

🗓 Cancellations & Order Changes

Life can be unpredictable — we understand. However, preparation and supplies begin well in advance, so the following terms apply:

✔ Cancellations made 7 or more days before fulfillment
→ Your deposit will be held as a credit toward a future order.

✔ Order changes must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior.

✘ Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for refund or credit
as ingredients, labor, and time have already been allocated to your order.

We always strive to be understanding and fair. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us. While refunds after the 7-day window are not guaranteed, we will do our best to work with you when possible.
